Blood clot

The Drs found a blood clot , width of a pinky finger diameter size, after I told them there was very painful bump in my throat. I thought it was a cold sore ; when I swallow, it hurts. They sent me to do a sonogram right away, as normal blood clots you can't feel, but this bump is big.

At least it wasn't a new growth there, so that's good.
Now, each day, I will give myself a shot in the tummy, called  Lovenox (Enoxaparin) -  , blood thinner, until the clot dissolves.

Dr. Jaramillo has put me on biweekly paracentisis, fluid drain from the tummy. At the last drain,  ~1 gallon of fluid was removed.
It was definitely more comfortable to breathe and I regained an appetite for couple days.

The tumor growing inside is also getting bigger, leaving less room for fluids.

The reports of fluid pathology test, shows abnormal cells in the fluid, so its likely advancing into abdominal wall( which we knew) and may be onto other organs.
